"The garden"

group show at the friends studio (Moscow)

It is an exhibition about the beauty, women power, feminism and the joy of life. Me and my 2 students Olya and Nailya created the total installation. In 1 room we made a similitude of a greenhouse, where people could enter and find some strange abstract sculptures. The central element of the composition was the altar, where we had botanical paintings and our selfportraits. In reality we made ourselves as goddesses of nature and asked people to bring flowers to our greenhouse. The installation was on the edge of kitsch and trash.
